9/30/11 was the day I married my best friend.

I'm participating in a Newlywed Link-Up!

I'm not sure what to talk about but I'll start by introducing myself and my husband Johnny.
We met on 11/26/10
and
We married on 09/30/11
So yea, we knew each other for less than a year before we got married.
I just knew.
They tell you that.
People always say when you meet the one, you know.
and I usually laughed.
And then the day I met Johnny, I knew I'd met someone who was gonna change my life.
Marriage is not easy.
We have been married for a year and 4 months.
We didn't just breeze through it.
We moved to another state before our marriage, and then decided in Feb '12 that
we wanted to come back to where our family lived.
We stayed with my parents for a month while we found a townhome.
And that was not easy.
In March I found out I was pregnant and while we weren't ready, We were still
excited. We moved in to our townhome in April, and then in May I learned I had a miscarriage.
And that was not easy.
I'm telling you all this because marriage is real and it's hard. And you can't just run away when things
are hard. You have to live with the person and face them everyday even when your angry about something.
So now it's a new year, and how are we doing?
Wonderful.
I love my husband and I thank God everyday for putting him in my life.
I love being married to him.
I love waking up next to him every morning.
I still get the butterflies when he comes home from work, and I haven't seen him all day.
I get super happy when introduces me as his wife.
I love those words.
My wife.
And yes, we are young.
He is 22, and I'm 23.
But we are in love.
And we are happy.
